Shahid Imran is the founder and editor of FryDaily, launched in October 2026 to publish the kind of recipe pages he kept wishing existed: ingredients and timings up top, quantities in cups and grams, a nutrition estimate that is honest about being an estimate, and a recipe card that prints cleanly.
He plans the recipe calendar and writes every recipe on the site from classic home-cooking methods, cross-checking quantities against standard references before publication — for canning recipes, against current USDA guidance. Reader corrections are fixed on the page; if you find a wrong time or temperature anywhere on FryDaily, the contact page is the fastest way to get it put right.
